How To Open A Testgorilla Account?
To open an account on TestGorilla, follow these steps:
- Visit the TestGorilla website.
- Click the green Try it free! button found in the top-right corner of all TestGorilla pages.
- From the pricing page, click Sign up free under the Free plan or Buy now under any of the paid plans.
- Enter your work email address, read and accept the Terms of Use and click Next.
- Enter the required information in the text boxes and click Next.
- If you aren’t using an ATS, select None from the dropdown menu.
- Free plans will be directed to the TestGorilla app. Proceed to Verify email and set password to continue.
- Paid plans will continue through the full payment process.
- Within a few minutes of completing your signup, you will receive a verification email from TestGorilla. Follow the link included in the email to set your password and finalize setting up your account.

Testgorilla Return Policy?
TestGorilla has a refund policy for INR payments. All their Paid Plans are annual subscriptions, with an upfront payment for the full calendar year. If you decide to downgrade or cancel your subscription, no (pro-rated) refund will be issued since your plan will still be active and you can use it until the end of your subscription year.
However, they offer a 15-day money-back guarantee policy in case the product does not deliver on its promise to help screen strong candidates for your open positions. The policy is not intended to use the service for free for 15 days but only offers refund in case you are not satisfied with the product.
They will refund you for the full year subscription as long as the following conditions are met:
- Your refund claim is received within 15 days of your purchase
- You have tested 1 assessment with at least 1 external candidate
- You provide them with a reason why the product did not deliver on the promise to support better hiring decisions
